We’re seeking a Territory Manager to grow our network of recycling operators across California. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, signing, and activating operators who move valuable recyclable materials like glass, aluminum, and PET.
If you have experience building partnerships with logistics providers, waste haulers, industrial service companies, or field-based businesses — this role is for you.
This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role ideal for someone who thrives in the field, knows how to build trust quickly, and can manage a growing book of operator partners.
What You'll Do:
Build and manage a pipeline of recycling operator leads across California (and eventually beyond).
Close partnerships with operators to pick up, receive, and move recycled materials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new operators through onboarding and activation.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term operator success.
Use CRM tools like HubSpot to track outreach, conversations, and performance data.
Provide feedback to improve our operator-facing tools, playbooks, and value proposition.
