About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can elevate our product experiences on‑site at our Costa Mesa, California headquarters. You'll be the first dedicated design hire and lead/build this team as we scale. This is a local‑only position, working 2-3 days a week in-office. You’ll collaborate face‑to‑face with engineers, data scientists, and operations partners where rapid iteration is the norm.

What You Will Do

• Prototype fast with AI. Leverage generative design tools (Figma AI, GPT‑assisted code, image & motion generation) to explore variations, test concepts with users, and ship production‑ready flows in days—not weeks.

• Own projects end‑to‑end. Guide discovery, mapping, prototyping, visual design, and implementation for features that serve each user type on our platform.

• Raise the bar. Define and evolve Replenysh’s design language system.

• Turn complexity into clarity. Translate supply‑chain data into elegant flows, dashboards, and storytelling artifacts for internal and external audiences.

• Partner deeply with engineering. Sit in design‑to‑code reviews, write lightweight React/TypeScript when helpful, and ensure high‑fidelity implementation.

• Champion the customer voice. Coordinate on-site and remote research sessions with each of our user types; synthesize insights that inform roadmap priorities.

About You

• 5+ years designing complex, interactive products—ideally SaaS or marketplace platforms.

• Fluent in AI‑assisted workflows: you routinely use generative tools to draft UI, create interaction demos, automate documentation, and accelerate iteration.

• Portfolio demonstrates systems thinking, crisp interaction design, and polished visual craft.

• Comfortable moving from low‑fidelity sketches to polished Figma specs, motion studies, and dev‑ready assets.

• Bonus points for experience with data visualization, supply‑chain or logistics tools, and production React/Next.js.

• Passionate and excited to make circularity mainstream.

• Competitive salary: estimated base range $180 k – $220 k depending on experience, plus equity.
