We’re looking for an Regional Sales Manager with 5–10 years of experience working with recycling operators to lead operator acquisition efforts across California. In this role, you’ll identify, engage, and onboard independent operators who are essential to Replenysh’s logistics and material flow.
This is a relationship-driven sales role ideal for someone who understands the challenges and incentives of recycling operators and can speak their language.
What You'll Do:
Build and manage a pipeline of recycling operator leads across California (and eventually beyond).
Close partnerships with operators to pick up, receive, and move recycled materials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new operators through onboarding and activation.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term operator success.
Use CRM tools like HubSpot to track outreach, conversations, and performance data.
Provide feedback to improve our operator-facing tools, playbooks, and value proposition.
