We’re looking for a part-time Product Marketing Manager (10–20 hours/week) to support the go-to-market strategy and communications for our supplier and operator product teams. You’ll be responsible for creating messaging, content, and launch strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and retention.
This role is ideal for someone with B2B SaaS or marketplace experience who can roll up their sleeves and make an impact quickly.
What You’ll Do:
Develop positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the value of our supplier and operator products.
Create sales enablement materials, one-pagers, FAQs, and in-app messaging to support adoption and onboarding.
Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Customer Success to plan and execute product launches and updates.
Translate technical features into customer-facing benefits that resonate with small business users.
Conduct lightweight competitive and customer research to inform positioning and market fit.
Help shape user flows, onboarding content, and communication touchpoints.
