Position Overview

As the Head of Network Growth and Operations, you’ll lead the strategy and execution to grow and optimize the supply side of Replenysh’s business. You will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with our network of suppliers and partners, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and scaling our operations to meet the increasing demand for circular solutions. Your work will directly impact our mission, ensuring a resilient, scalable network that enables waste materials to be reclaimed and reused.

Key Responsibilities

Network Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand Replenysh’s supply network, ensuring we partner with mission-aligned suppliers who contribute to our circular ecosystem.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase material collection and streamline intake processes.

  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing supply partners, leveraging data-driven insights to drive engagement and partnership success.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee supply-side operations, from onboarding new suppliers to optimizing supply chain processes for reliability and efficiency.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes that improve throughput, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate technology solutions that optimize supply chain management and operational workflows.

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Work closely with the CEO to set and achieve growth targets, aligning supply-side operations with overall company goals.

  • Manage and grow a high-performing team focused on supply network expansion, operational execution, and process improvement.

  • Track and report on key metrics to monitor growth, supply chain efficiency, and operational performance, using insights to adjust strategies as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or network growth roles at a scaling business.

  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and achieving business objectives through marketing initiatives.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing performance.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • A passion for innovation and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Bonus: previous experience with scaling supply side networks and/or within circular economy, waste management, or sustainability-focused organization.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $180k - 260k annual salary depending on experience
