As a Growth Engineer at Replenysh, you will be critical in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative and data-driven strategies. This role blends software engineering and analytics, building and optimizing growth levers across our platform.
You’ll work closely across functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure impact. Your mission is to experiment, iterate, and deliver growth initiatives that scale Replenysh’s network of suppliers.
Excellence in this role means creating measurable impact through increased adoption, seamless integrations, and automated processes that drive material recovery at scale.
Develop and implement growth experiments across the Replenysh platform to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Build tools, dashboards, and APIs that provide insights into user behavior and campaign performance.
Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize and execute features that remove friction and accelerate onboarding for suppliers, brands, and carriers.
Integrate scalable tracking systems to ensure data integrity and actionable insights across all growth initiatives.
Design and execute automated workflows for logistics, payments, and customer interfaces to create a seamless user experience.
Partner with Marketing to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates through personalized messaging and targeted segmentation.
Leverage analytics and user feedback to identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions.
Engineering Expertise: Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, with experience building scalable systems. Whether it be Typescript, Python, Java, Go, or any other language you love, you know how to leverage the right tool for the right job.
Growth Mindset: Strong understanding of growth strategies, experimentation frameworks, and metrics-driven decision-making.
Analytical Skills: Ability to extract actionable insights from data and translate them into impactful solutions.
Product Sense: An intuitive understanding of user needs and a knack for building features that drive adoption and retention.
