Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Business Development - Food and Beverage to expand Replenysh’s network of high-volume food and beverage establishments such as bars, restaurants, and event venues. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in beverage sales who is excited to offer a fresh, impactful solution in the industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to transition from selling beverages to selling sustainability and circular solutions. You’ll leverage your existing relationships and expertise in the food and beverage space to help businesses recover value from materials they currently dispose of, while also contributing to a larger mission of building circular commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Engagement:

  • Identify and onboard high-volume food and beverage establishments (e.g., bars, restaurants, event venues) as suppliers of recyclable materials.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local and national accounts, leveraging your industry knowledge to advocate for circular commerce solutions.

  • Act as the primary contact for food and beverage partners, ensuring their success and alignment with Replenysh’s mission.

Market Development:

  • Use your expertise in the food and beverage space to identify target markets and key opportunities for supplier growth.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored strategies for engaging industry stakeholders.

Strategic Execution:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, and technology) to deliver seamless onboarding and material recovery experiences for suppliers.

  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to communicate the value of partnering with Replenysh.

Innovation and Advocacy:

  • Bring fresh ideas to drive adoption in the food and beverage space, positioning Replenysh as a leader in sustainability.

Champion the mission of circular commerce and help establishments see the financial and environmental value of their recyclable materials.

What We’re Looking For

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in beverage sales or a related role with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations.

  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage accounts, build relationships, and close deals.

  • Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in circular economy principles and environmental impact.

  • Self-Starter: A motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Excellent Communicator: Ability to connect with diverse audiences and articulate innovative ideas effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Established network in the food and beverage industry (e.g., bars, restaurants, event venues).

  • Familiarity with industry-specific sales channels and tools.

  • Experience with sustainability or circular economy initiatives is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $75k - 125k annual salary depending on experience
