Position Overview
We are seeking a Manager of Business Development who is passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and creating impact. This role is integral to expanding Replenysh’s network across suppliers, operators, and brands, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals. This is an opportunity for someone with hunger, creativity, and determination to make a significant difference in advancing circularity and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier and Operator Engagement:
Develop strategies to onboard commercial, residential, and municipal suppliers, emphasizing mutual value creation.
Build and nurture relationships with logistics operators to strengthen Replenysh’s network and capabilities.
Act as the face of Replenysh for local and regional supply chain partners, advocating for a shared vision of circular commerce.
Brand Collaboration:
Partner with brands to explore opportunities for take-back programs and material sourcing through the Replenysh platform.
Communicate the value proposition of the platform to brands, helping them understand how Replenysh supports their sustainability and circularity goals.
Market Development:
Identify and prioritize key geographies and industries for business development based on data and market insights.
Use creative and data-driven approaches to expand the platform's adoption and ensure measurable growth in material recovery.
Strategic Execution:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, marketing) to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.
Develop proposals, presentations, and campaigns to engage stakeholders and win new business.
